Austdac Pty Limited is seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator to join our Castle Hill NSW facility on a full-time basis. You will manage day-to-day warehouse activities, optimise distribution processes and maintain inventory accuracy.

Applicants should have a Forklift Licence and be punctual, hardworking and a team player. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tasks are essential for success in our busy warehouse environment.

• Goods receipt for internal/external/exports.

• Other general warehouse duties as required.

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator to join our team at our Castle Hill NSW facility on a full-time basis. This is an integral position within our warehousing operations, responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination of warehouse activities and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. As Warehouse Co-ordinator, you will work closely with warehouse staff, management and clients to optimise distribution processes, maintain inventory accuracy and meet service delivery targets. This role is essential to the success of our warehouse operations and directly impacts our ability to serve our clients effectively.

Key responsibilities

Goods receipting of internal external/Exports.

Dispatch

Putaways, stock consolidation, cycle counts.

Customer returns- repairs goods receipt correctly,

Pick and pack orders for internal and external customers with accuracy and consistency.

Abide by policies and procedures

Ensure that the work environment is safe.

Inventory management controls to meet internal and external demands for products.

Continuous improvements, warehouse space utilisation.

Cycle counts /stock takes.

Other general warehouse duties as and when required.

Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
