Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support our NSW operations. This role focuses on inventory, stock movements, logistics coordination and project delivery, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching materials, and operating forklifts.

You will maintain accurate stock records, support courier bookings locally and internationally, and collaborate with project teams to ensure equipment and consumables are available when needed.

Qualifications

• HF LF Forklift license and experience operating forklifts
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or stores operations
• Understanding of receiving, dispatch, storage and inventory control
• Experience with inventory, ERP or stock management systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication with project teams, suppliers and freight providers
• Commitment to workplace safety and safe manual handling

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

This is a warehouse operations role focused on maintaining inventory, managing stock movements, coordinating logistics and supporting project delivery. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching materials, operating forklifts, coordinating couriers and freight, and ensuring warehouse processes run smoothly and safely.

The role

Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse, ensuring inventory is stored correctly and easily accessible

Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack and dispatch inventory and project materials

Accurately record stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy in the stock management system

Conduct stocktakes and cycle counts, reconcile stock and assist with investigating inventory discrepancies

Operate forklifts, including high reach, for unloading, movement and storage of goods

Coordinate deliveries and transport of materials to and from project sites

Book and coordinate local, interstate and international couriers and freight

Work closely with project teams to ensure equipment, hardware, and consumables are available when required

Stage and prepare project materials for delivery and manage returned or surplus equipment

Support continuous improvement of warehouse, inventory and logistics processes

What you'll need

Current High Risk Work Licence (LF Forklift), with experience operating forklifts and high-reach equipment

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or stores operations

Good understanding of receiving, dispatch, storage and inventory control processes

Experience using inventory, ERP or stock management systems

Basic to intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams, suppliers and freight providers

Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe manual handling practices
