Job summary

Myla Jane on the Gold Coast is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to help pack orders, keep stock organised and support customer queries from our Burleigh Heads warehouse. This casual role offers ongoing hours, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 9am to 1pm.

You'll be hands-on, able to lift boxes, and comfortable using Instagram and TikTok to help with social media content scheduling and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Reliable, organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Fast and accurate at picking, packing and processing orders.
• Good written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure every order is beautifully packed and ready to arrive at customers' doors

Myla Jane is a growing Gold Coast girlswear brand, creating original prints and beautiful pieces for girls, alongside matching Mama & Mini accessories. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

From packing orders with care to keeping stock organised and helping our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a great experience for every Myla Jane customer.

Casual Position – Ongoing and Regular Hours, Monday - Friday.

Key responsibilities

Pick, pack and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently

Ensure every order is beautifully packed and ready to arrive at our customers’ doors

Respond to customer emails and messages, including order updates, sizing enquiries, returns and exchanges

Process returns and exchanges

Unpack, check and organise incoming stock deliveries

Keep the warehouse, shelves and stock locations clean, tidy and organised

Assist with stock checks and stocktakes

Provide support with scheduling social media content for Instagram

About you

Hours Needed: Monday to Friday, 9am–1pm (Casual, with ongoing and regular hours).

Based on the Gold Coast and able to work from our Burleigh Heads warehouse

Reliable, organised and proactive, with a strong eye for detail

Fast and accurate when picking, packing and processing orders

Friendly and confident communicating with customers in writing

Comfortable using social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok

Happy with hands‑on work, including lifting boxes and being on your feet throughout your shift

Able to work independently, manage your time well and take pride in your work

Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, customer service or warehousing is a bonus, but not essential. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn and be part of a growing business.
