Job summary

I Love Linen is seeking a hands-on Pick and Pack Warehouse Assistant for our Burleigh Heads warehouse on the Gold Coast. This full-time, on-site role suits someone active, organised and proud of doing things properly.

You’ll pick, pack and dispatch orders, receive stock, keep the warehouse tidy, and work with a small team reporting to the Operations Manager. Shopify experience is helpful; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in pick-and-pack or eCommerce is beneficial.
• Physical, on-your-feet role requiring stamina.
• Basic familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms; training provided.

About the Role

This is a varied and physical role, not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, moving around the warehouse, working with beautiful products, and helping ensure every order leaves with care and accuracy.

You’ll report to our Operations Manager and work closely with our Warehouse Lead and two other team members in a tight-knit, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with care and attention to detail

• Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and running smoothly
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks
• Work efficiently in an active, physical warehouse environment

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• Reliable, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves
• Comfortable in a physical, on-your-feet role (this is active work)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Warm, clear, and kind when communicating with customers
• Confident using systems like Shopify-based eCommerce platforms (training provided, experience is a plus)

Previous experience in a similar pick-and-pack or eCommerce warehouse role will make this position especially easy to step into.

What Success Looks Like (After 3 Months)

By three months, you’ll feel confident and comfortable with:

• Our product range and picking orders accurately
• Our systems and procedures
• Understanding of our IT platforms
