You’ll be helping with everything from preparing customer orders to assisting with embroidery production. Each day is different – and that’s part of the fun.

We’re a small (but mighty!) team, and we work in a fast‑paced environment where things can change quickly.

Our three little girls (4, 2 and 6 months) are part of our workspace, so we’re looking for someone who’s warm, understanding and ready to go with the flow.

Key Tasks:

Helping create personalised orders using embroidery machines
(don’t worry – we’ll teach you everything you need to know)

Picking products for next‑day production

Carefully packing and preparing customer orders

Restocking shelves and maintaining a tidy workspace

Occasional lifting of boxes up to 20kg for stocktake or restocks

Assisting wherever needed to keep production moving smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

A calm, can‑do attitude with a willingness to help however needed

Someone reliable, efficient and ready to roll up their sleeves

Great time management and a strong work ethic

Comfortable with basic computer tasks

Experience in embroidery, packing, or retail is a bonus (but not essential)

Most importantly – someone who’s flexible, understanding and supportive in a family‑style work environment

Christmas Casual position: 2-5 days a week (immediate start through to Christmas with potential ongoing work in the new year for the right candidate)

Must be available 5 days per week in November and December

Hours: 8:00am–4:00pm (Flexible)

If you're someone who thrives in a supportive, hands‑on environment, and you’re happy to jump between packing orders one minute and helping on the embroidery machine the next – we’d love to hear from you!
