Job summary

NorthStone Talent Partners is seeking an Administrative Asset Coordinator to manage equipment and site assets across our warehouse network in Sydney. You will maintain the asset register, update movements and ensure records are accurate.

You will work closely with Operations and Finance to prepare simple asset reports, support budgeting and compliance documents, and keep documentation well organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, inventory or asset record keeping.
• Experience with asset management, WMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who enjoys working with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset register covering warehouse and logistics equipment, vehicles, IT hardware and other site assets.
• Update records when assets are purchased, moved between sites or disposed of.

Support asset administration

Keep equipment records accurate, organised and up to date

This is an administrative role focused on keeping track of equipment and operational assets across the company's warehouse sites. You will maintain the asset register, update records as equipment moves between sites, and support the team with clear and reliable asset information. You will work closely with Operations Manager and the Finance team to make sure every asset is properly recorded and accounted for.

Job Responsibilities

About You

Previous experience in administration, inventory or asset record keeping, with candidates from retail, hospitality and other industries welcome. Including Store Managers or Operations Coordinators who have managed stock, equipment or site records

Proficient in Excel, with experience using asset management, WMS or ERP systems an advantage

Organised with strong attention to detail

Clear communicator who enjoys working with different teams
