Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, inventory or asset record keeping.
• Proficient in Excel and asset record workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset register covering warehouse and site assets.
• Update records when assets are purchased, moved or disposed.
• Collaborate with finance for budgeting, reconciliation and reporting.
• Keep compliance documents organised and up to date.
• Prepare simple asset reports for management.
