Job summary

PERSOL in Sydney is seeking a highly organised Warehouse Administrator to support busy operations. You will handle documentation, data entry, inventory records and customer enquiries while coordinating transport to keep goods moving smoothly.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will maintain accurate records in the WMS/ERP environment, perform data entry, generate reports and assist with cycle counting. The role offers a full-time temp-to-perm path and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Warehouse Administrator or in a similar logistics admin role.
• Strong data entry and administrative accuracy.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, transport providers and internal stakeholders regarding inventory and order enquiries.
• Process inbound and outbound warehouse documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform data entry and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare delivery paperwork, manifests and consignment documentation.
• Assist with transport scheduling requirements.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and administrative issues.
• Generate operational reports and provide administrative support to management.
• Support warehouse teams with inventory control and cycle counting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
