Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse team in Pinkenba. The role supports daily warehouse and logistics operations, including data entry, dispatch documentation and liaising with staff, customers and freight providers.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with ongoing full-time work and a temp-to-perm opportunity. Prior warehouse/administration experience and strong computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics or administration experience.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Experience booking freight is highly regarded.
• SAP, Pronto or WMS experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Sending and responding to emails.
• Booking freight and coordinating transport.
• Creating packing lists and dispatch documentation.
• Liaising with warehouse staff, customers and freight providers.
• General warehouse administration.
