Job summary

Staff Australia is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our market-leading team in Melbourne. You will manage inbound/outbound activities, pick/pack/dispatch orders, maintain ERP records and support customers and the sales team with stock information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, customer service, logistics or inventory-focused roles
• Strong ERP and Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse activities
• Operate a forklift to load, unload and move stock
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
• Process orders and maintain accurate records within ERP systems
• Support customers and the sales team with inventory, order status and product enquiries
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control activities
• Coordinate with logistics and suppliers to ensure smooth product flow
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment
