Job summary

B.Pure Australia Pty Ltd in Regents Park, NSW, is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to manage inbound/outbound processes, inventory accuracy and compliance. This hands-on role combines administration with stock handling to ensure accurate receipts, picks and dispatches in a GMP/TGA environment.

You will maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, manage batch numbers and FEFO stock rotation, and liaise with couriers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in warehouse administration or inventory roles.
• Strong document and records management with attention to detail.
• Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Organise, process and file inbound and outbound warehouse paperwork.
• Maintain inventory records and perform stock adjustments and reconciliations.
• Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes, investigate variances.
• Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates and FEFO rotation.
• Receive stock, verify quantities and record in system.
• Pick, pack and check orders; prepare dispatch documentation and booking.
• Liaise with couriers and track deliveries.
• Follow TGA/GMP storage practices and compliance.
