Checking container information in various wharf / in house systems
Assist in updating customer bookings / delivery schedules / unpacks and data and order processing.
Collation and accurate recording of customer job details and information
Entering and reviewing information into in house systems.
Have a proactive approach to ensure clients are always informed in advance, of any matter that may affect the smooth operation of the business and its service offering.
Managing client work across the week ensuring that the customers needs are met and the outcome is operationally sound for the business.
Create and be a part of a team environment that coordinates well with other operating divisions of the business.
Keep clients advised of the delays by monitoring the grid and liaising with fleet.
Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements, to ensure safety to staff, the community and the environment.
Responsible for DAFF requirements on a daily basis across the business.
Assist in the upkeep and auditing requirements for DAFF
