Job summary

O’Brien® Glass in Sydney is seeking a Warehouse Administrator with strong Customer Service to support our Wholesale team at the Padstow Distribution Centre. You’ll help deliver warm, professional service to Wholesale customers and assist with warehouse administration.

Duties include stock checks, EFTPOS processing, creating pick slips, invoicing, basic reporting and arranging transport, while building strong internal and external relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Administration and/or Customer Service, ideally in warehouse or distribution environment.
• Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
• Check stock availability using internal systems.
• Process EFTPOS payments and create pick slips.
• Complete invoicing and basic reporting.
• Book and coordinate transport as required.
• Maintain strong internal and external relationships.
