Job summary

O’Brien Glass is seeking a Warehouse Administrator at the Padstow Distribution Centre in Sydney. You will deliver warm, professional customer service to Wholesale customers and support stock checks, invoicing, and general administration in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a 7:00am–3:00pm shift, ongoing training, internal career pathways, and a friendly team culture with opportunities for growth and relocation to a larger site in 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in Administration or Customer Service.
• Warehouse or distribution background preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
• Process EFTPOS payments and complete invoicing and basic reporting.
• Maintain stock spreadsheets and coordinate pick slips.
• Coordinate and maintain timesheets for casual staff and support onboarding.
