Job summary

O’Brien Glass Industries Limited in Perth's Kewdale is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This flexible job-share 24 hours per week offers coverage between 9am and 4pm with the two Admin Assistants coordinating hours.

You will deliver warm, professional service, handle quotes and invoices, and liaise with customers, subcontractors and suppliers using our internal systems, with a friendly, supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, administration or customer service.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to keep customers and colleagues well informed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional customer service.
• Keep customers updated on delivery timeframes and job progress.
• Create job authorities, quotes and invoices using our internal systems.
• Follow up on quotes, leads and return customer calls promptly.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for invoices and updates.
