Job summary

Harvey Norman Cairns Warehouse is seeking a passionate, customer service‑focused 2IC to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers. You will support dispatching and receiving orders, coach staff and liaise with customers to ensure a smooth operation.

This role requires excellent communication, strong organisation, warehouse management experience, and a can‑do attitude. You will work with a trusted national brand across retail trading hours, including weekends, with

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatching and receiving of orders.
• Coach and lead warehouse staff to deliver Great Service, Always!
• Liaise with customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor loading of trucks and distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Ensure safety and WH&S compliance across the warehouse.
• Check delivery sheets and maintain accurate records.

The Harvey Norman CairnsWarehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused 2IC to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a 2IC, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Experience in warehouse management
• Have the ability to warehouse operations, assist coaching, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers License (preferred)
