St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is inviting applications for a Waitlist Officer in Health Services Partnerships. This fixed term, part-time role (3 days per week) supports elective surgery scheduling and patient preparation within the DHHS policies.

**Waitlist Officer - Health Services Partnerships****Fixed Term Part Time, 3 days per week until 30th June 2027** * Excellent benefits including salary packaging* Fitzroy location* Work for one of Australia’s leading hospital groups **About the Role**The Waiting List Officer is accountable for the management of patients on the Elective Surgery Waiting List from a clerical perspective within the guidelines of the Department of Health Elective Surgery Access Policy. They provide efficient administrative support within the team and work closely with the Surgical Liaison Nurses to ensure patients are safely prepared for their elective procedure. The waitlist officer health services partnerships will play a key role in the coordination of the planned procedure referred from an external health service provider.
