Job summary

Pathways Longueville is seeking professional Wait Staff to join our hospitality team in Sydney. You will deliver restaurant‑quality service to our residents in a luxury dining environment, creating a warm and welcoming experience every day.

We value excellent communication, compassion, and the ability to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and evenings. A current National Police Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive table service in a luxury dining environment.
• Set and clear tables with high presentation standards.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders with precision.
• Maintain clean, well-presented service areas.
• Assist with room setup, resets, and pack-down.
• Assist with in-room dining when required.
• Support residents with dining needs respectfully and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and care staff; uphold hygiene standards.

The Role

We are seeking professional and dedicated Wait Staff to join our hospitality team at Longueville. You will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience, ensuring our residents enjoy restaurant‑quality service every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing attentive table service in a luxury dining environment
• Setting and clearing tables with a high standard of presentation
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders with precision
• Maintain clean, well‑presented service areas
• Assist with room setup, resets, and pack‑down
• Assist with in room dining when required.
• Supporting residents with their dining needs in a respectful and professional manner
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
• Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards
