Job summary

Pathways Longueville is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie for our new Longueville residence. You will prepare quality meals, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure timely service for residents.

Earn $33/hour plus super and 17.5% leave loading. Hours are 6:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with staff parking and paid training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in commercial cookery is required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial kitchen.
• Good practice in WHS and food safety, infection control and complaints handling.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good time management and creative culinary ability.
• Computer literacy is advantageous.

We are looking for talented and experienced Chef de Partie for our new residence in Longueville. Our Chef de Partie are responsible for the delivery of quality food and culinary experiences to our residents. Chefs ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation, efficient and timely food delivery and cleanliness of the kitchen.
