Wests Group Macarthur is seeking Waiter and Cafe Attendants for part-time roles across our four venues. You will take orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure a welcoming, clean environment for guests throughout service periods.

Flexibility across days, late nights, weekends and public holidays is essential. A current RSA/RCG, strong communication, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude are required to thrive with our team.

As a Waiter and Cafe Attendant, you'll be responsible for delivering warm, efficient service in our bistro and Cafe spaces. Whether taking orders, serving food and beverages, or ensuring our venues are clean and welcoming, you'll play a key role in providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Availability Requirements

These are part time positions and require flexibility across our operational hours, including but not limited to:

• Days, late nights, weekends, long weekends and public holidays.
• Core availability from Thursday to Sunday.
• Christmas and New Year period(we trade every day of the year!).

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Flexible availability to work during our trade periods as stated above.
• A current driver's licence and own transport to travel to our four venues.
• A current RSA and RCG competency card.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
• A friendly and approachable personality with a strong customer service focus.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Coffee making experience is advantageous.
