Job summary

Wests Group Macarthur is seeking enthusiastic, skilled qualified chefs to join our growing team across Wests League Club Campbelltown, Country Club Gledswood Hills, The Sherwood Macarthur and Lakeside Golf Club Camden. Applicants should have commercial cookery qualifications, flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends and during the Christmas and New Year period.

A full driver's licence and own car are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Commercial Cookery trade qualifications.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to work over the Christmas and New Year period.
• Full driver's licence and own car.
• Excellent time management and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate presentation, hygiene and grooming.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, procedures and WHS.

We're currently looking for enthusiastic, skilled and passionate qualified Chefs to join our growing team.

About You

If you are someone who displays a strong work ethic and has the appetite and passion to produce high quality meals, we'd love to hear from you.

In addition, you must have:

• Relevant Commercial Cookery trade qualifications
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
• Availability to work over the Christmas and New Year period
• A full drivers licence and use of own car
• Excellent time management skills, a positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• An immaculate standard of personal presentation, hygiene and grooming
• Knowledge of food safety requirements, hygiene standards, operating procedures and WHS and regulatory guidelines

Availability Requirements

Being part of our culinary team means helping deliver exceptional experiences during our peak trading periods. As such, you'll need to be available to work:

• Evenings and late nights
• Weekends
• Public holidays
• The Christmas and New Year period, including Christmas Day and New Year's Eve
