Job summary

Wests Group Macarthur is recruiting for Cooks to join our team on a casual basis at our four Macarthur venues. You will join an experienced Kitchen Team passionate about every plate that gets served.

Qualifications

• Appetite and passion to produce high quality meals.
• Time management, strong work ethic, positive attitude and initiative.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate standards of personal presentation, hygiene and grooming.
• Relevant experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong adherence to food and hygiene standards, operating procedures, WHS and regulatory guidelines.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Full drivers licence and use of own car.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality meals and assist cooking team.
• Assist kitchen with prep, cleaning and stock management.
• Perform kitchen hand duties as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas.

We are now recruiting for Cooks to join our team on a casual basis. You will be joining an experienced Kitchen Team who are passionate about every plate that gets served. This role will also include Kitchen Hand duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Good time management skills, a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Pre employment background checking will be conducted including pre-employment medical and National Police Clearance.
