Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on VSD experience including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting
• Strong ability to deliver effective technical solutions
• Willingness to travel to customer/partner sites

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on, on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and complex repairs on VSDs to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for service partners to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and application analysis.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and on-call rotations.
