Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced Field Service Specialist to support MV equipment across the ANZ network. You will troubleshoot complex faults, prepare commissioning and maintenance documentation, and lead training for technicians and partners.

The role requires deep MV knowledge, strong safety awareness, and the ability to liaise with clients and service providers to improve delivery and outcomes. An on-site Melbourne-based position with Eaton’s PDSS division.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with MV switchgear diagnostics and protection relay settings.
Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and PPE procedures.
Hands-on field service experience in commissioning, testing and supervising subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Provide expert remote and on-site technical support for MV equipment across the ANZ service partner network.
Lead troubleshooting, diagnostics and resolution of complex MV faults, including escalations.
Prepare commissioning, testing and maintenance documentation (MOPs, SWMS).
Develop and deliver trainings for internal field technicians, ASPs and customers.
Act as liaison between clients and ASPs, supporting service systems and CRM tools.
