Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer in Australia to drive revenue growth by translating customer needs into refrigeration solutions. You will be the trusted technical expert, collaborating with regional sales teams to champion our industrial refrigeration portfolio.

You will deliver technical presentations, support applications, and help shape product roadmaps through market feedback. Willingness to travel interstate or overseas is expected to support clients across regions.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration or related field.
Experience in industrial refrigeration; knowledge of natural refrigerants (Ammonia/CO2).
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet sales goals.
Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts.
Willing to travel interstate or overseas to support clients.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and providing technical solutions.
Serve as primary technical advisor to customers and internal teams.
Deliver technical presentations and workshops to demonstrate our technology value.
