Sitemate is hiring a VP of Growth to own the product side of acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue. You’ll lead a lean team of 3 engineers, set Growth KPIs, and partner with Marketing and GTM to align signals and scope.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this hybrid role drives experimentation cadence, instrumentation rigor and AI-enabled growth workflows that accelerate funnel performance across our no‑code and product platforms.

Qualifications

• Growth or product leadership experience in a growth‑stage B2B SaaS.
• Ownership of a product‑led growth motion alongside sales/account teams.
• Hands‑on experimentation across the full funnel with product analytics.
• Experience building or running agentic AI workflows.
• Technical fluency in funnel instrumentation and data signals.

Responsabilités

• Own acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue metrics in the product area.
• Define Growth KPIs, SLAs and instrumentation to track funnel health.
• Lead a team of engineers; drive AI tooling adoption and experiments weekly.
• Align Growth with Marketing and GTM, governing boundary and scope.
• Scale product signals and data platform to improve funnel outcomes.
