Sitemate is seeking a VP of Growth & Product to own acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. You will lead a lean team of 3 engineers, set KPIs, and align Growth with Marketing and GTM. Report to the CEO and shape the Growth function strategy from day one.

The role is hybrid, based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, with 2 days in the office. Compensation AUD 220K–240K excluding super, plus equity considerations.

• Growth or product leadership experience in a growth‑stage company.
