The role is full-time, based at East Melbourne, with a focus on delivering seamless home-based care and digital health solutions within a nationally coordinated team.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced administrative support experience in healthcare settings.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with health care terminology and terminology usage.
• Experience with client record management systems and databases.
• Experience scheduling appointments and using scheduling platforms.

Aufgaben

• Receive referrals for triage and patient administration workflow.
• Manage Care at Home digital platform data entry and onboarding.
• Support onboarding and provide platform troubleshooting.
• Schedule appointments per internal rules to optimise resources.
• Manage subcontracted care bookings and related documentation.
• Assist with billing and invoice coordination.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for admin tasks.
• Contribute to data collation for invoicing and monitoring.
• Participate in daily management systems and quality initiatives.
• Support other admin duties across Care at Home programs.
