Retailworld Resourcing is seeking an experienced Sales Associate for a prestigious Melbourne CBD boutique. You will deliver a premium boutique experience, build relationships with new and existing clients, and develop specialist knowledge of luxury timepieces through formal training.

You will own your sales performance, work toward targets, and support CRM, clienteling, events and merchandising while collaborating with the Boutique Manager and team.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Luxury retail experience with high-end clientele is essential.
• Strong drive to achieve individual and team targets.
• Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in developing repeat and VIP business.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in watches or willingness to learn a technical product.
• Strong attention to detail and premium merchandising standards.
• Experience with luxury timepieces is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional boutique experience and build relationships with new and existing clients.

• Develop in-depth product knowledge through formal training and ongoing learning.
• Support CRM, clienteling, boutique events, activations, merchandising, stock presentation and day-to-day operations with the Boutique Manager and team.
