Access Covers Australia (ACA) is seeking a driven Victorian Sales Manager to lead the Victorian sales team from its Tullamarine head office. The role focuses on developing people, building lasting customer relationships and delivering sustainable growth through new sector opportunities.

Reporting to senior management, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, drive performance and ensure high levels of service and technical support ACA is known for.

Formación

• Minimum of three years' experience in a Sales Manager or comparable sales leadership position.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth and maintaining profitability.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Set clear sales targets and KPIs with accountability measures.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and development to the team.
• Drive revenue, profitability and gross margins for the department.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Engage directly with decision-makers and manage opportunities from enquiry to closure.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and project requirements to guide customers.
