Job summary

InfraBuild Reinforcing is seeking a sales professional in Victoria to build and maintain strong customer partnerships across Precasters, Tier 1 and Tier 2 civil infrastructure. You will identify opportunities, manage a robust project pipeline, and contribute to forecasting while developing pricing strategies for margin growth.

You will work closely with the VIC Sales Manager and leverage CRM and MS Office to deliver value, growth, and smarter solutions on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Customer facing experience across precasters and civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience in account management and business development.
• Full driver’s license.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Experience using a CRM and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain key relationships with current customers and seek new ones.
• Create and execute account growth plans.
• Identify new project opportunities and manage the pipeline.
• Develop pricing strategy and improve margin management.
• Contribute to the sales forecast using knowledge of the customer and industry.
• Create value beyond price by resolving customer pain points.
