Job summary

Saunders Lynn is seeking a proactive sales professional to build the Victoria territory for a growing bathroomware brand. You will chase developers, builders and modular projects with real autonomy and a clear path to sales success.

Based in Melbourne, you will own the territory, drive end-to-end specifications, negotiate pricing, and host showroom events while growing your client portfolio and contributing to the national expansion.

Qualifications

• Commercial hunter with proven ability to convert opportunities
• Existing relationships with developers, builders, project managers and merchants in Victoria
• Experience selling building products into multi-residential/volume construction
• Self-starter with proactive mindset and ability to focus on key accounts
• Team player who collaborates with the wider team and gets things done

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with volume builders, multi-residential and modular developers.
• Drive specs and sales end-to-end from concept to construction.
• Negotiate pricing across builder/merchant/plumber chain for long-term partnerships.
• Host client/product launch events from showroom to deepen relationships.
• Build and maintain an active CRM pipeline for territory organization and forecasting.
