Job summary

The Coffee Club, part of Minor DKL Food Group, invites applications for a hands-on leadership role in Victoria. You will own the Victorian sales plan, lead a team across cafes, wholesale and distributor accounts, and balance strategic selling with hands-on execution.

You will develop strategies to hit revenue targets, coach a high-performing VIC team, win new accounts, grow distributor relationships, and provide forecasting to the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a sales team.
• Experience in the specialty coffee industry, ideally in wholesale or café sales.
• Track record of driving the sales process from plan to close and delivering ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the strategies and plans to achieve Victorian sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach and set targets for the VIC sales team, building a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
• Win new accounts and grow and retain existing cafe, wholesale and distributor partners.
• Manage and grow distributor relationships, including negotiating contracts and setting performance goals.
• Drive ancillary product and project sales across the customer base.
• Manage revenue and expense budgets, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to the leadership team.
• Turn market insight into commercial results, working closely with marketing, operations and the wider business.
