Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day café operations for smooth service and best customer experience.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performance team; rostering, recruitment and training.
• Manage financial performance: labour, cost of goods, sales growth, P&L.
• Maintain compliance and safety: food safety and WHS.
• Be hands-on on floor, at the machine, or in kitchen as needed.
• Drive sales growth via promotions, upselling and local marketing.
