Job summary

Boronia Veterinary Clinic and Animal Hospital in Melbourne is seeking a friendly part-time Receptionist to greet clients, manage bookings, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for owners visiting our busy practice.

Key duties include answering phones, handling emails, processing appointment requests, and keeping the reception area tidy. Availability for up to 3 afternoon/evenings per week and occasional weekend shifts with penalty rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception and customer service (essential).
• Experience in a medical or veterinary setting (advantage).
