Greencross Vets Wetherill Park in Sydney, NSW is seeking a hands-on Practice Manager to lead a veterinary nursing and reception team while balancing people leadership with clinic operations.

As a full-time, on-site role, you will recruit, onboard, roster and mentor staff, collaborating with the Veterinary Director to achieve clinic goals and deliver outstanding client experiences and patient care.

Qualifications

• Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
• Experience as Practice Manager, Head Nurse, or Senior Veterinary Nurse in leadership roles.
• Able to support reception, nursing, and operational functions.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Coaching, mentoring, and team support experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organisational and business management capabilities.
• Balance empathy with accountability and be proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop clinic team members.
