Greencross Vets Wetherill Park is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a busy small animal clinic in Sydney's west. This hands-on leadership role balances people management, clinic operations, nursing duties, and client service, with regular nursing and reception shifts included.

You will partner with the Veterinary Director to nurture a positive culture, drive performance, recruit and roster effectively, and ensure exceptional patient care and client experiences.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated leadership and people development skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience balancing nursing duties with team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop the clinic team.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and respect.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, rostering and staff development.
• Work closely with the Veterinary Director to achieve clinic goals.
• Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Remain hands-on with nursing and reception shifts as needed.
