Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and maintain a smooth reception area.
• Coordinate schedules across vets and nurses and maintain patient records.
• Process payments, reconcile till, and handle pet insurance claims accurately.
• Identify urgent medical needs to support clinic workflow and calm nervous pets.
• Unpack stock, assist with orders, and keep the front-of-house space neat.
