Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client services role, preferably in healthcare or veterinary settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and take initiative in a busy environment.
• Calm, empathetic approach when interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and email enquiries.
• Manage client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Welcome clients and their pets to the hospital.
• Book and manage appointments.
• Invoicing and payment handling (cash, EFTPOS; Vetpay/Zippay/Afterpay).
• Coordinate with hospital departments for seamless experiences.
• Data entry and document requests from referring vets and clients.
• Liaise with referring vets and perform ad-hoc admin duties.
