As the face and voice of our team, you will ensure our clients and their furry family members receive top-notch care from the moment they walk through the door.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome pet parents, answer inquiries, and keep reception running smoothly
• Manage schedules across vets and nurses, maintain accurate patient records, and navigate multiple software systems
• Handle financial transactions, till reconciliations, and process pet insurance claims with precision
• Identify urgent medical needs to assist clinic workflow and help keep nervous pets calm
• Unpack stock, assist with orders, and maintain a neat, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house space

About you

• High emotional intelligence with the ability to maintain composure during challenging conversations or busy periods
