Baulkham Hills Veterinary Hospital in Sydney's northwest is seeking a full-time (or part-time for the right applicant) Customer Care Team Member to be the first point of contact for clients. You’ll help with puppy visits, emergencies and even saying goodbye, while keeping calm and guiding clients through processes.

The role involves managing front-desk reception, bookings, and payments, coordinating check-ins/outs, and liaising with veterinarians and nurses to ensure smooth patient care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in customer-facing role.
• Available to work 4 shifts per week with rotational weekends.
• Experience with Ezyvet is desirable.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-desk reception, phone calls, emails and appointment bookings.
• Coordinate client check-ins/check-outs, payments and inquiries.
• Maintain client and patient records and update information as required.
• Liaise with veterinarians and the wider team to ensure smooth patient care.
• Provide clear information about appointments, treatments and clinic processes.
• Assist with general administrative duties to keep the clinic running efficiently.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
