RSL Victoria invites applications for a part-time Military Compensation Advocate based at Geelong Hub to support veterans with compensation and entitlement services. You will assess clients, prepare claims, and liaise with stakeholders while managing a caseload in a sensitive environment.

The role requires experience in community services, proficiency with Office 365 and Salesforce, and ideally ATDP Advocate level 1 or 2.

Qualificações

• Experience with veterans and/or knowledge of issues facing the veteran community.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce CRM.
• Advocate level 1 or 2 under ATDP is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist serving and ex-serving members with compensation support and advocacy.
• Manage assessments, liaison, claims documentation and administration.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle a caseload with deadlines and sensitive issues.
