Job summary

VetPartners Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Practice Manager for our Byron Bay clinic to lead daily operations and guide a high-performing team. You will partner with the lead veterinarian and nursing staff to maintain a patient- and client-centered clinic with strong operational discipline.

You will oversee business operations, ensure excellent front-of-house service, and drive workforce planning, wellbeing and development while contributing to marketing and service growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership overseeing clinic operations and team performance.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary veterinary teams preferred.
• Strong focus on client experience and care standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business operations and veterinary services.
• Provide exceptional front-of-house client services.
• Lead recruitment, workforce planning and staff development.
• Support client experience, loyalty initiatives and service growth.
• Contribute to marketing, digital services and social media presence.
• Manage budgets, stock control, procurement and accounts.
• Ensure WHS compliance, facilities and presentation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and new initiatives.
