Job summary

MyVet Byron Bay in Byron Bay, NSW is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead our veterinary clinic. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coordinating day-to-day operations, staff, and service delivery to ensure excellence in patient care and client experience.

You’ll work with the lead veterinarian and nursing team to build a high-performing, engaged clinic culture, oversee frontline client services, recruitment, workforce planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary practice management is preferred.
• Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinic operations and veterinary services.
• Provide outstanding front of house client services.
• Lead employee matters including recruitment, workforce planning, wellbeing, performance and development.
• Support client experience, loyalty initiatives and service growth.
• Contribute to marketing, digital services and social media presence.
