MAX Data Monitoring Services, part of Tabcorp, is seeking a Venue Support Officer in New South Wales. You will be the trusted first contact for a group of venues, handling inquiries, reviewing data, and coordinating timely solutions to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Gaming industry experience is highly regarded.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with numbers and analysing data.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support and manage enquiries end to end over the phone and by email.
• Review gaming data and complete daily work schedules accurately.
• Build strong relationships with allocated venue contacts.
• Investigate operational issues and coordinate timely solutions.
• Maintain secure handling of sensitive gaming information.
• Work closely with internal teams, venues and regulators.
