MAX, part of Tabcorp, is looking for a hands-on Electronics Technician to service and install wagering and gaming equipment across Granville venues. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance and reliable service delivery, with a strong focus on customer outcomes.

No prior wagering experience is required as a comprehensive training program will develop the necessary technical expertise and certifications. Weekend and evening availability is valued to meet venue needs.

• Some prior experience servicing electronic equipment through work or hobbies
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with clear communication
• Strong integrity, respect and a proactive can-do attitude
• Ability to adapt to varied schedules including weekends and evenings
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required licences and certifications, and a full driver’s license

Your role

As part of our Technical Services Team in Granville,you will play a key role in ensuring our venues operate at their best.Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and the integrity of our services. Day to day this means you will:

• Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions
• Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery
