Job summary

MAX, part of Tabcorp, is seeking a Billing Administrator within Gaming Services in Sydney. You will oversee end-to-end billing, ensure subcontractor payments are processed accurately and support contract delivery across multiple teams.

You will work with operations, finance and technical colleagues to turn complex service activity into clear financial outcomes, maintaining records and resolving billing queries with precision.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts administration or revenue operations environments.
• Ability to interpret contracts, invoices and rate based billing structures.
• High accuracy with data and contracts.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial systems.
• Strong organisational skills and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Identify billable work and prepare accurate billing files for customer approval.
• Raise invoices and process subcontractor payments within agreed timeframes.
• Validate invoices against contracts, scopes and rate structures.
• Maintain accurate billing records, revenue data and contract documentation.
• Partner with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve billing queries.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure subcontractor payments run smoothly.
