Job summary

Venues NSW is seeking a customer-focused Membership Administrator to join the Memberships team. You will provide accurate information and maintain a high level of customer service for members and their guests.

On game days, you’ll work on a rotational basis to deliver memorable experiences across Venues NSW venues, including city stadiums. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach in a dynamic live-events environment.
