Job summary

POI GREGORY HILLS PTY LTD, trading as Product of Italy - Gregory Hills, is seeking a qualified Venue Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations at 115/33 Village Circuit, Gregory Hills 2557. The role focuses on front-of-house service delivery, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of guest experience.

You will lead front-of-house teams, coordinate with kitchen leadership, ensure OH&S compliance, and report on venue performance to the General Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and oversee overall venue operations with a focus on FOH service.
• Supervise, train, and roster supervisors and wait staff.
• Promote and monitor service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Act as primary contact for escalated guest concerns and manage customer relations.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and hospitality regulations are met.
• Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BH operations.
• Implement and review procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide regular operational reports to General Manager.

About the Role:

POI GREGORY HILLS PTY LTD, is looking for a qualified Venue Managers to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service delivery.

Salary: $78,000- $83,000

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and oversee overall venue operations, with a primary focus on front-of-house service delivery.
• Supervise, train, and roster supervisors and wait staff to support efficient and high-quality service.
• Promote and monitor service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and guest loyalty.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated guest concerns and manage customer relations.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and relevant hospitality regulations.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless integration between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Implement and review operational procedures to improve efficiency, customer experience, and team performance.
• Monitor front-of-house consumables and ensure adequate stock levels to support service.
• Provide regular operational reports to the General Manager on venue performance, staffing, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality or venue management within a busy restaurant or similar environment.
