Job summary

Restaurant Manager ready to step into Venue Manager at a major Sydney CBD destination. This high-energy, premium venue offers a loyal following, strong commercial performance and room to grow.

You will lead from the front, drive guest experience and work closely with senior leadership on the venue's broader commercial performance. Up to AU$120K plus super and tips, sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong Restaurant Management experience in a premium, high-volume environment.
• Proven leadership of sizeable front-of-house teams.
• Excellent service instincts and an uncompromising eye for standards.
• Strong commercial understanding - labour, rostering, revenue and operational performance.
• Confidence managing busy services and making decisions under pressure.
• The ability to develop people and build a high-performing management team.
• Excellent communication and presentation.
• A genuine appetite for hospitality and the energy that comes with running a destination venue.

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager ready to take ownership of a major Sydney CBD destination venue - a busy, high-energy operation with a loyal following, strong commercial performance and plenty of room to grow.

The venue has experienced significant growth over recent years and continues to build momentum. We're looking for a leader who wants to be part of that journey and has the ambition to take a successful operation to its next level.

You will bring

• Strong Restaurant Management experience in a premium, high-volume environment
